I made my first donation at a community blood drive when I was 36 years old as I wanted to experience blood donation. When I saw the needle, I thought it would be painful. However, the process was not as bad as I thought and I ended up enjoying the experience. After my first donation, it felt good to be able to save lives so I started donating regularly. I have made a lot of friends through regular donations at the blood banks.

It doesn’t hurt to donate blood. If I can donate blood, so can you. Blood donation is all about helping those in need.
